Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center The Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center has been chosen as the location of GSA's 61st Annual Scientific Meeting, "Resilience in an Aging Society: Risks and Opportunities." Located on the shores of the Potomac, just across the river from downtown Washington, D.C., the Gaylord National is a brand new resort hotel set in the heart of National Harbor's top tier restaurants, elegant retail shops, live-entertainment and world-class recreation. SLEEPING ROOM RATE HOTEL RESERVATIONS - Reservations will be accepted via the Gaylord National website, or by phone until Sunday, October 19, 2008. Room reservations received by this date will be confirmed at the rates listed above. After October 19, they will be confirmed on a space-available basis.

All reservations requests must be accompanied by one night's deposit plus tax OR guaranteed with a major credit card (and the Hotel will charge an attendee's credit card for one night's stay prior to arrival). Deposits are only refundable for cancellations made THREE days prior to arrival. HOTEL CHECK IN/CHECK OUT TIME - The hotel's check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Checkout time is 11:00 am. Guests checking out after 11:00 am may incur late charges.
